What stands SMAP for?
SIMAP is the EU’s online standard information system for public procurement. It is used by public, commercial and private clients as a medium for publishing current contracts for construction, supply and service tenders across Germany. It can be used to access TED (Tenders Electronic Daily) and get information about public tendering procedures.
