Incoterms (International Commercial Terms) are an internationally recognized list of contract terms commonly used in international commercial or procurement transactions. The commercial terms are published by the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) in the context of international trade law and their use is encouraged by trade councils, courts and lawyers.
