What is the German Supply Chain Due Dilligence Act?
The German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) is a law on corporate due diligence to avoid human rights violations and to uphold environmental standards in supply chains.
For companies with headquarters in Germany and > 3,000 employees, the law will apply from 1 January 2023.
