What is electronic invoicing?
Electronic invoicing, or e-invoicing, means that the invoice is issued by the contractor and received in an electronic format. An invoice is electronic if it has a structured electronic format that allows the invoice to be processed automatically and electronically. The format used for this is called XInvoice.
